The small, cozy and stylish Taanilinna Hotel is located in the historical part of the Old Town not far from the city wall. Instead of the bustle of large hotels, we offer personal attention to every visitor, home comfort, charm and quietness of ancient streets.  

In the middle centuries it was a house of wealthy burghers. Much of the original charm and many characteristical features were retained when the building was tastefully renovated in year 2000. In 2001, it was opened as a charming hotel that meets all up-to-date requirements and is waiting for guests to enjoy the atmosphere of centuries.    

In our hotel, you will sense the ambience of medieval times and the unique atmosphere of Old Tallinn, although the hotel is only within a short walking distance from the main attractions of the modern city. The winding streets of Old Tallinn are on your door step for shopping, art galleries, museums, medieval churches and theatres as well as the best restaurants, clubs and bars. Principal Banks and Government buildings are all easily accessible in the modern city centre. Most importantly, we are one of the few hotels in the Old Town with vehicle access for parking. The hotel with its perfect location is suitable both for tourists and business people.  

The hotel has three floors and stylish interior design. Hotel features 20 rooms (accommodating up to 37 guests), breakfast room, conference room, private parking and a terrace in the summer months.  

Decorated in a medieval style, the rooms meet all the comfort requirements expected by European standards. Each room is equipped with a bath or shower, satellite TV, and telephone. Needs of disabled and allergic guests are properly considered. The hotel is a non-smoking property.
